                The director of the media center in the Ministry of Labor in the Eastern Region Nada Manshi said that many citizens who wish to join the private sector are ignorant of the information that helps them to know their rights and in some cases it is not because of the inadequacy of their qualifications and potential but of work system.
    In a lecture organized by Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Businesswomen Center recently in Jubail titled "The Rights and Duties of the Employer and the Employee in the Private Sector", Manshi said that some people suffer from problems in work that
    they may not cope with the new work environment, often leading to their leakage and lack of adaptation to the work environment. This can be attributed to their lack of preparedness and lack of professional behaviors that may lead them to make wrong decisions that affect their career.
    The law requires the employer who employs ten or more workers to prepare a regulation for the organization of work including the internal provisions of the work, and that the employer must be aware of the rights and obligations that the system requires to be aware of it. The employer should announce the regulation after its adoption in a visible place in the establishment or any means to ensure the knowledge of the employees and sign it.
    The contract of employment shall be according to the unified model at the Ministry of Labor website. The two parties may add other items in a manner that does not conflict with the system. It shall be written in two copies, each of which shall retain a copy and prepare the contract even if it is not written in writing.

    Manshi pointed to the importance of the social aspect of the worker and its direct impact on the worker's performance. The employer  work system committed a social role towards the worker, including savings and saving fund. The regulator required the employer in places far from urbanization to provide the basic needs of life in society.
    The system also requires each employer who employs more than fifty workers to train and qualify them in accordance with their nature and the nature of their work and improve their level in technical, administrative and professional work with the aim of gradually bringing them into the work of non Saudis.
     Regarding the calculation of the bonus, Manshi pointed that the reward is calculated for the total years of the same salary without distinction between the first five years and the last five, and the full reward is calculated and then taken the total and calculated 1/3 or 2/3 depending on the type of resignation.
    In case of ending the contract or dismissal, he would be entitled to full reward whatever the time of his service.
